Old School rpg
Absolutely amazing! The writing is superb, I'm not usually much of a reader but I'm hooked. Wizards choice was my favorite so far, although rouges choice was also excellent. It's so good I'm now reading two different volumes at once, the ring city universe has me hopelessly HOOKED! The $40 price tag is high, but the shear volume of content and the quality are both very high.

There are no actual choices in the storylines. Each voice eventually leads to the main choice line towards the ending. All you really get to experience are different events in between choices that lead to specific outcomes in the end. There is no getting around it. Waste of time. Don't spend your money. I played this for 5 minutes and figured it out on the free version. It's the same thing here. Garbage. Absolutely garbage. Deleting.

I picked up the free version several years ago and enjoyed it immensely. The blend of humor, horror, and sheer adventurous hijinks made for a solidly entertaining experience. So when the opportunity came to purchase the premium version came along, I jumped at the chance to own all my fave stories. Thank you, Delight Games, for a rip-roaring good time!

I really enjoy the writing and the coin system is pretty good too. And it's not too hard, choices are pretty forgiving. I'm just not a fan of being sheparded by all the choices to an increasingly narrow storyline. I think the illusion of choice really ruins fantasy if it always shepards you back to the only viable choice you "should" have made.

Long time fan I love this app for it's sheer number of stories. definitely a lot of variety and fun but I will say much of the plot is rail roaded in all honesty. During the chapters you have many different options that can get you into many different wacky situations but by the end of the chapter or beginning of the next chapter you tend to be no better or worser off than you would have been had you made different choices. Still great game nevertheless.

I am really liking this so far. I have only just started the Detective Story 1, but am liking the story line so far. The ability to either gain or lose points is actually helping me thoughtfully make a choice that advances the story quite nicely. I can't wait to make different choices when I read it again. Thanks for making this more interesting with the points system. I really appreciate the work put into each story. Hoping that it only keeps getting better.

I am playing my first game now, and it is a lot of fun! It does feel like an old school Choose Your Own Adventure book, but for adults. (Nothing too overly explicit.) I am super happy it is on PlayPass, but even if I had to pay for it, with the amount of books and the quality writing, it would be worth it. Update: I am halfway through the Zombie Highschool series. It is awesome! Despite being yet another zombie property, it actually has original ideas!

Delight Games Premium Library offers an immersive and diverse collection of interactive stories. The premium library subscription provides access to countless adventures without ads or interruptions. The stories are engaging, with intriguing plots and well-developed characters. The ability to make choices that impact the storyline adds depth to the gameplay. Highly recommend for fans of interactive fiction!

After having gone through a good number of books, I have to rescind my original review and rating. There is really only the illusion of choice; there's really only one story, one outcome. It's just trial-and-error until you find the way you're supposed ro go. Worse is that on top of the $30 price, they also expect extra payments for "coins" that let you backtrack. They're already getting your money for basically an interactive novel. Asking for more money just to make it usable is dirty pool.

So far I have been through a couple series of interactives. While the books are fairly well written, decent editing. Fairly well thought out plots and such. My only complaint would be the lack of freedom of choice. As I have been through several volumes multiple times, it seems the plot line of the story either leads back to the same things or death. There isn't very much variation in the story from your choices, they always lead to basically the same experience.
