Update...6 months later app doesn't connect. Rubbish app and watch. Would NOT reccoment App didn't connect anymore but the problem seems to be solved for now. Let's wait and see...

Terrible, shocking, useless! This app won't connect to my watch. We had the same issue, well slightly worst as it wouldn't connect at all. I tried everything as advised by your trouble shooting and still no help..I eventually took the watch back to the store where the very helpful manager had the same issue. She gave me a new watch and said that if it fails to connect they will have to give me a credit. This new watch will only connect if I reboot my phone (switch it off and then on).

The Music connection is not consistent, sometimes it connects and other times it doesn't. It would be also good to see the graph in more detail, I'd like the option to check the exact time on the graph while in the app, to be able to calculate the fine measurements once the training is over.

Very disappointing, I've always really rated Decathlon products, but this App is poor. Endless problems (too many to write about), I have now submitted 5 requests for help and no one has got back to me. I will give it a few more days, otherwise I will be returning the watch.

I regret buying this watch. The app is not useful at all. The watch does not connect to the app. Watch battery died and lost time. To reset time I have to connect to the app, but since I cannot connect this means the watch is completely not usable. Also the watch has a tendency to switch off whilst I am running. I can stop at 1 or 2km, making it very irritating to use it for running.

Went to synch a bike ride from my cyclometer and the app will no longer go past the splash screen, making it utterly useless. Update 14-June-2024: First had this issue back in March. Two app updates and still can't get past the splash screen. Very disappointed. Looking for an alternative technology.

Bad app, will not go past splashscreen. Tested on 4 different phones, even new samsung ones with the latest android version, same issue. Seems the developers are not testing the app on actual hardware. It's not nice to pay $50 for a premium device, only for the app to not work at all, taking away most all the functionality of the device. I do not recomend this app, or any decathlon bike computers or devices that are supposed to work with this app. This review is with the current version (1.46.0)

It's rather meh. My biggest issue is that if my phone turns off I can't just reconnect the watch, I have to delete it first from devices, and then reconnect, so all the data resets from scratch and all the settings too. Would also be useful if I could have some graphs where I can see the data by day, week, month (for example all the week so far, by day. Or if I could set an interval) because the only option is to see averages on certain periods, instead of precise data on specific intervals

The synchronisation is hit and miss - it often fails to download the data from the devices, so you have to try many times and have luck. Edit: Customer support just suggested restarting the device, which didn't help. My watch doesn't sync with the app, so I can't actually see my sleep or heart rate history, etc, making those functions useless. The app makes the purchase of an expensive device superfluous, I recommend getting either a cheap one or steering clear of Decathlon products.

I have been usint this Scale for at least 6 years. This App never been good. It works fine for a few months then after an update it sucks. I am fan of Decathlon equipment but never ever buy another electronic stuff from Decathlon. Anyway lately it was workinf fine again for a few months but since the last update it takes ages to open the dashboard and statistics doesn't show. Whenever they fix something they brake another one :(
