Past couple months I'm 'too far' despite being at the same address and have zero options anymore. Oh, but of course I still get ads and notifications though. Only thing to do is delete the app. Well guess I'll save some money! | |
2024-12-02 | Donice Oxford | the wurst security I've ever experience. after years of using doordash, I was hacked. they were able to change all my info and had all my cards. it was insane that they were able to get to someones account so easily. i closed my account and will never use doordash ever again. they drained 2 of my cards. 2024-11-30 | The Mongoose | I received the wrong order and doordash gave me $2! In compensation! These guys are scammers and it's only a matter of time before they get a lawsuit on their hands! When you have a problem with the order there's not much you can do about it. Couldn't even reach out to the company. Also has your glitches which are very annoying. Other than that it's convenient. Also if I can take back my tip on some of these "Dashers" i definitely would. Waiting an hour is ridiculous. | |
2024-11-30 | Branden Bell | always been good and quick with refunding bad orders... the problem is the bad orders in the first place. some of the drivers don't take their time and rarely double check to make sure food is correct. on more than 1 occasion I've gotten someone else's order altogether. being at work, it's not very convenient when needing to eat within a specific time window. otherwise no complaints anywhere else. you know your gonna pay a slight markup on things for the app to be able to run. | |

We live in a septic ghetto, so this is a human resources abyss -- both in terms of restaurant staff and potential dashers. Yet, we've never had a bad experience. There seem to be safeguards in place to incentivize this to all parties. Billing has been correct and secure as well. | |
2024-11-30 | UpwnU | EDIT: Redoing the review to be more comprehensive. Support, both from the perspective of a Dasher and customer, is the only thing which this app lacks in some regard. The menu navigation is swift and easy, it's insanely easy to order food based on the promotions alone, and this is the only app I've seen where tipping after delivery is so seamless. Compared to other delivery services, too, it's not nearly as expensive. Definitely recommend over other delivery apps. | |

Can there be an option to switch to ONLY restaurants like there are options to switch to only retail or grocery? It's very annoying to wade through random stores when all I want is to see what restaurants are delivering. | |

There have been multiple orders just in the last month 2 months that never were delivered even though they were picked up and it's next to impossible to get a real person in customer service to talk to. 2024-11-29 | Ashley | Talking to customer support is amazing. My issue is, this is the second time I've had to cancel and order and get a refund because of Dasher's not wanting to Dash. I tip well when it is good service. I mean why sign up to be a dasher if you're not going to actually take the orders? Makes no sense. There are a couple dasher that are absolutely amazing, sweet and friendly. I appreciate them. | |

I installed it so that I could add a tip to an order that I placed on desktop (because of course that's impossible to do from a web browser), and I'm just being bombarded with requests for notifications, location, access, to rate on Google Play. it's infuriating. |
