It only says updated order manager when I try to load it. We haven't had a single order since this ridiculous update.
After years working with doordash,I realized doordash dose not care about the busin owner side. 1 )they don't offer a printer like u-eat/gb. I have requests multiple time, they don't give a s**2) today tablet just stop turning on, I request a New tablet, They say it's gonna take in about a week for the replacement 😑 really?somehow like this not next day shipping 😑? A Week of 20%fees they do NOTcare for. Ask if OK off for week? now login error charges don't just honesty show find it
Doordash is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. 38 calls, 12 e-mails, 1 week of service being down, and no one can help. I keep getting sent in circles because apparently it's impossible for their support team to get a hold of anyone who can help. They just send you an e-mail saying they'll reach out, and then never do. If you're a business, beware, this company is the worst I've ever dealt with.
