Frustrating and time wasting to do multiple log in for multiple bank transfers. I'm using updated Android 15 Google pixel. Well I uninstalled the app as per what you recommended, rebooted device, reinstall app, app installed, reboot device, set up app, successfully logged into account, tested transfer to another account, after transfer account is auto logged out again. | |

2024-12-11 | RQvwxyz | I have been using this app for 6 years without any problems. As of recently, I am unable to receive OTPs via SMS in a short period of time. It will be sent minutes later or even hours later. I have restarted my phone multiple times and reinserted my SIM card, and the last resort is to uninstall and reinstall the app, but it is in vain. My phone's android software is up to date. I can't call their hotline as it also requires OTP for verification. I am very displeased with the problem I'm facing. | |

Opening the app brings up the message 'Sorry, we are currently experiencing technical difficulties. Please try again later.' Uninstalled the app and reinstalled, still the same. Tried installing the app in a newer phone with Android 14, still not working. This is a serious reliability issue, and we can't even use online banking on web as mobile app authentication is required. I am appalled by the lack of standards. | |

2024-11-29 | James W | UI is mostly stable and serves its purpose but especially in the main page, it like to "jump"/'snap" when you are scrolling the page which make it very annoying and causes mis-click due to the snapping effects moving the screen while u were trying to click. Should definitely remove that snapping effects as it doesn't really serve any purpose. | |

As a customer who had already paid for subscription, I had to sideload the app. Being a thorough security software, it requires Accessibility settings to be allowed. This is not an unusual behaviour. It protects the phone and the transactions. This app refuses to run because of this.
