update: peek balance always hangs.Android12 i can see why mistakes can easily be made when doing paynow. often the amount section adds the existing zero to the amount you are adding! example $15 can become $150....as you type the amount... however for some transactions it does NOT...as the zeros will disappear like in Paylah when you start entering an amount. this is android/Samsung. please try this yourself. follow what Paylah does. also extra steps to remove the default zeros is just poor UX.

App won't run if it detects apps with accessibility permissions. I could maybe understand this it were sideloaded apps. But it is now blocking legitimate apps downloaded via the Play Store too. In my case, Tasker, and Nova Launcher. Both genuine apps via Play Store than use accessibility permissions to run correctly. DBS app won't run with these apps installed. This is overreach way way too far. You must not block legitimate apps installed via the Play Store!!!

Just started using this for PayNow. Surprised at the ease of use. Thank you Edit: after a year of use, so far still the best banking app for intuitive and efficient user interface. Also responsive to feedback ⚘️

DBS is lagging behind in Fintech. When compared to many other banks, DBS estatement, mobile apps and online banking have problems with layout, difficulties for clients to find exact page for event placing fixed deposit. If I had known their poor performance on digibanking before making investment , I would not have committed myself to DBS service. Maybe it is time to get my act together and phase our my accoubt activities .......

The app allows various transactions, thus saving me the hassle of phonebanking or going to the branch. Also, the Insight feature is excellent, the algorithm has triggered me several times for duplicate transactions.

I do not like the option to pay for the optional protector which is unsolicited, especially at the payment confirmation screen! It complicates the screen and higher chance to make mistake. Pls stop.

Balance figure is not instant update after transfer, have to log out and login again to see the correct sum. Function cannot work and stuck all the time...hard to locate needed services in the menu Better categorised menu, design, font and colour are all recommended to be improved in order to enhance the total customer experience, ease of use and user friendliness.

Still incredibly bad. The app timed out, telling me to login, but then there was an option for me to continue banking, which takes me back in, but it then tells me that it is timed out again. Also why is it super difficult to request to talk to a real person instead of the useless digibot now? Also, the submit feedback button didn't work, which is why I'm submitting this feedback directly in playstore. Pathetic.

This app used to work well but has been buggy for some months now. Every single time - hit the transfer button and "digital not available or error" message pops up. Bill payments recipients have completely disappeared. Left feedback multiple times after logging out but nothing has been been. Why ask for rating and feedback repeatedly in the log-out page when you don't bother fixing the problem? Fix it DBS.
