App generates Please wait message endlessly after the latest update and doesn't open (Nov 26 2024) Ghastly product. Often generates "technical difficulties" messages. Sad to realise this is one of southeast Asia's premier banks (23 March 2021) Still a terrible app. Doesn't generate tokens, Doesnt allow transactions. (10/5/2019) Hangs forever at the login page. Not really sure why the bank thinks my time is not money. Still a terrible application.

It's a good apps before but now I can't open my DBS digibank always says" please wait" I uninstalled and set up again but still it didn't work, Can't use it until now.Please do something.(Edited: now it's back to normal, I can use my digibank and can send money easily. Thank u)

takes too many clicks for certain transactions because of unclear descriptions.problem is partly because the app is trying to do too many things. difficult to use on a mobile. Can't find where to change GIRO payment limit n was charged for unsuccessful deduction for credit card auto GIRO payment. there should be a way for users to send questions to bank as the bot is unable to answer certain questions satisfactorily.

Most of the time this app is good if you only need to manage your cash coming in and paying to others. The moment you try to do the extra stuff like opening SRS account, buying etf, it just doesn't work. Also, why does it ask me if I want to continue an expired session if it's going to force me to log in again anyway? UX flow is horrible.

The EPS (Electronic Payment for Shares) module (Individual Contract) in this app can only cater up to 5 or 6 contracts at maximum for payment. When there are more contracts for payment, the select contract screen could not scroll down anymore to select any individual contract beyond that for payment. This is different experience from internet banking, when you can select each individual contract to pay even if you have more than 5 or 6 contracts by "ticking" each individual contact in the list.

I would want to rate 0 stars or negative for this but I can't. Firstly, you need to setup digital token to use most of the app services. In order to setup the digital token, you need to update the particulars, especially the email. Guess what? to update the particulars, you need to setup digital token. Well done DBS. Thanks to your relentless effort to combat scams/fraud, your app is so safe that the app is literally unusable. Can't use online to update as well as you'll be directed to the app.

After tormented for 4 years, DBS finally improved the app... just noticed on last update. After thru scan n pay no longer need to retype the values... which was mentioned in feedback but forgotten how long ago... still there ia a need to scan n pay twice, first attempt usually fail.. better to log in first. @.@" anyway much better now.. since the major flaw is out!

A good Banking App.. Easier to make payments & transfer funds. Banking functions are quite easy to access. The security features makes the user feel at ease during transactions. Always up to date information on scams & other cyber security measures. Highly recommended to use for your banking needs.

Was Great but the update made it bad The option tab at the bottom was good and neat . There is no need to remove since it is not messy to begin with. This is a transaction app and you are hiding the transaction button making it not user friendy Had the users study pattern been used to do changes

Im trying to open a new account using singpass but after getting my info it gives me error message. HAVING TROUBLE CONNECTING - i have done everything you said but still having the same issue to tell you ive been trying to open an account for 3 mos already with the same issue everytime i tried. I dont know why this keep happening.
