Frequently disconnects, buffers, skips frames and will often cut out when you change out of full screen or read any notifications forcing you to restart the app and the game. Oh and they just jacked the price by $20 AUD without even fixing all of these problems we had last year. Advertised Hard Knocks as DAZN only and took 12 months to provide it, NOW it's hidden behind a paywall. Support never helps. Tells you contact but always unresolved. Now we have lost US ads. |

I use this for NFL game pass & it literally takes 3 to 4 minutes on a tablet & then brings up a different game to the one I selected. Unfortunately there isn't another option to watch the NFL. None of this happens with the other live sport streaming apps I use. Just a terrible service. |

The NFL seriously need to look into moving their business elsewhere as this casts such a poor reflection on the business. Redzone stream not available until 1 minute before due to begin, takes a ridiculous amount of time to load, poor navigation on mobile and TV. Honestly wish I could leave a zero start review. |

I don't care about NFL or boxing but they are front and center every time I open the app and in the schedule. It's not hard to tap 'Soccer' or Bundesliga or whatever but it would be nice not to have to do it every time. |
| 2024-12-10 |  | | Joke app. I am watching an NFL game pass game from previous night, even when I keep the app open in background, when I get back to it after a couple of hours, it forgets which minute I was on, even bringing me to last minutes of the app spoiling me the result. This is totally ridiculous! You can just save the last minute I was on for each rewind game I am watching and make a "Continue Watching" part just like any other streaming app out there in the world. But why bother? |

Also, if you're streaming when the live game ends the app stops playing the game no matter where you're watching from, so you'll need to remember how many minutes/hours you've watched or you'll likely see score spoilers trying to continue watching. Finally, it would be great if there was a 30 second skip, like most streaming apps have. |

Lags throughout the whole game and takes sometimes up to 4 or 5 minutes for the day's NFL games to load. And then if they don't you have to restart and go through it all again. The $$$$$$ charged is IGNORANT for what you get. STOP TELLING PEOPLE TO UPDATE THE APP AND FIX YOUR GARBAGE APP. |

Navigation is poor, load times are mind-bogglingly slow & I've not managed to successfully download a game yet. I have found picture quality decent but the sound sometimes lags. This is on phone & laptop (latter is marginally better for live streaming). Will not be renewing after this NFL season. This provider has gone backwards in the two years since they picked up the contract. |

When I attempted to cancel my subscription, they have changed the process and made it intentionally difficult. It took over 30 minutes to get my subscription canceled. Such a gross waste of my time! I will never use this service again. Not to mention the streaming service is not that great compared to competitors. |
