This game is great but no matter how many times I try, I can't go past level 1in the third world. I've beat level one multiple times. Why can't I proceed?

A really good game nice theme and controls only thing is its really glitchy I had to uninstall after world 2 because it was too much. When you activate leavers to open entrances to chests it will lock the camera frame so the camera doesn't follow timmy and I can't complete the level
