| 2024-11-24 |  | | First and foremost, I'd like to say this is a great app. When your in a pinch, or need to slide by for a bit. Think it all through, because the money is coming from your bank account, in the future, it's already yours... A complaint about the tipping system! 3 times I have used this app, the first I could type my desired tip, into a box. It was perfect. The 2nd and 3rd use. A tricky button is supposed to choose, THOUGH it tips anyway. Wasted 50, that's 30 to 40 more than I would have chosen. 😥 |

Waited 4 days for Dave Team to assist, finally get the email and they show me the help section, which didn't help. Opened another ticket because it's clearly AI, and they finally ask for my credentials. 24 hours later, I'm still waiting. Had no issues prior to this. Ugh. |

And ATMs are at places that make you vulnerable with bigger amounts of cash like 7/11s & dollar generals, on top of that there is a fee, not only to take out cash, but to deposit it. A fee to DEPOSIT cash into your own account. There's few fee free places to deposit but zero fee free withdraws anywhere. |

My phone got broken so I had to get a new phone and now I don't have access to my old email account so I can't log in to my account. Going to have to close my account and transfer my direct deposit to my Cash app or Varo account. Somehow my account went negative and for the past month I've been trying to add funds yet I keep being told to add a debit card. Whenever I try to re-enter my debit card info, I get a message telling me it has already been added. Now I received an email threatening to close my account unless I bring it back to zero. Stay away! |

But they changed their terms and withdrawaled weekly sending my account down to just $9. So disappointed and disgusted that they would take advantage of their own customers who use the app when they fall upon hard times. |

So pretty much this app is completely useless to me now and no way to even use it. So if your bank updates anything just get ready to deal with that and not be able to get your funds if you need it. Also it was so awesome to get that 30% extra funds until you guys messed that up and now only allows it through your card and banking system -_-. |
| 2024-11-15 |  | | Customer service is none existent. The Dave app has been down, I know it's not my external bank that is linked because my bank confirmed everything is fine on their end. Dave won't let me transfer money from my account to my external bank debit card. It keeps saying "Dave ran into a problem with this transfer." Then, for the cash advances, I am eligible, however when I go to click on it, it keeps telling me to "update my account" because they are "having issues with 1 or more of my accounts" |
