2024-09-10 | Brian Leland | Android app is terrible. The app is always crashing. In addition serious bugs like can't set "keep in touch frequently" or birthdays.
2024-04-17 | Vishnu Jayavel | Constantly crashes. Very buggy. I paid the hefty premium and im not able to use all the features Update: After 4 months the app still crashes and they haven't fixed the bug. Any creation/update of the post results in the app to restart.
2024-01-18 | Michael Slater | Great concept and personal CRM overall. I use heavily on the desktop. For the mobile app I mostly use to take a note on people im meeting in the moment. LinkedIn and Google contacts import worked well for me. Wish to see more Microsoft 365 integration one day for my work email, but this does for now. The key to getting by is I'm able to BCC dex on emails and it auto creates notes, gets me most of the way there
2023-07-09 | Ben Dover | Very good idea, Somewhat poor execution, The UI is very good and has a lot of unique features, they integrate well into Gmail but not outlook so I'm deducting a point for that, and for the contacts they are very smart, merging and handling data is very easy on Dex. I find it strange that business card scanning screws up all the time so another point for that. And the price is the final nail in the coffin, it's very expensive with no free version, so it's a 3/5 for Dex
2023-05-19 | Konstantin Lopyrev | While the actual product seems decent, the Android app is terrible. Basic features have serious bugs. For example, it sometimes literally is missing contacts from a list of contacts. The team also occasionally breaks the app in such a way that makes it largely unusable. It seems that their Android development team is rather bad at what they do.
2023-04-23 | Jonathan Chizick | Update 4/2023: Much improved Awesome idea, but zero for onboarding capabilities. LinkedIn and Facebook imports don't work. And more importantly even Google contacts won't import. Without data from Google contacts and LinkedIn the app is useless. I'll try again in a few months if/when it's fixed.
2023-03-24 | Yvonne Mosley | I want to love it, but it has a lot of issues. I have the 12 month subscription ($144) and several features do not work. It constantly crashes and restarts. It doesn't recognize contacts that need to be merged. Then after merging it just freezes. Must exit the app. The web page does not render well on mobile device, can't collapse menu bar to see the desired info. It is a great concept and what I need to stay in touch should it actually work. Not ready for primetime and large subscription fee.
2023-03-04 | Phil Filth | I could see the usefulness for work contacts but that's pretty well covered in other apps. Doesn't really all that useful for family and friends, at least not for the price. Especially when the free trial apparently expired before the thing managed to actually import any contacts.
2023-02-18 | Matthew Daines | The app is simple to use however opening some contacts are crashing the application. The big red flag for me is being charged for an annual subscription when wanted to activate the trail.
2023-02-07 | Liam | It's a must-have for anyone. Anyone. Gives you reminders (if you choose to) to connect with your friends and family (or network/business partners etc). Can set the frequency of speaking. You can import all your contacts from your phone. No ads as well, just a fantastic bit of software. I have it on my home screen, I use it more often than most apps. Genuinely essential. Take the time to set it up properly, then you don't need to remember details about friends/family, it's all there for you. |
