HOWEVER EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED that on Android phones monthly statistics info does not have the toggle button to switch from fasting to eating window view as it has on Apple phones. Why would that feature be UNFAIRLY omitted on the Android app in free version as it is on the Apple free version? NOT COOL. Changed 3⭐ down to 1⭐- added: app is glitching big time screwing up my fasting and eating times with no ability to fix. Deleting app. |

When I emailed support, they replied: "At this time, our team won’t be able to prioritize the specific issue you encountered. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If you encounter any other challenges or have questions about the app's functionality, please don't hesitate to contact us." Seriously?? Tracking is the ONE thing fasting apps should be able to do. 😒 |
| 2023-03-07 |  | | I really needed an app with the most basic settings that I just can record my fasting times. This app does that, but recently it is giving me hard time by messing up the times. It's been like two weeks now that the app randomly starts or stops my fasting time. I checked the play store for an update to fix it and nothing is there. Frustrating! |

I think for me, it would help because then I'd have a better idea on what to plan for food wise to achieve my goals. Just food for thought. Lol, pun not intentional. |

On top of that, I paid for an annual subscription, but suddenly (together with my lost data) it states I don't have a subscription although it should be good until October 2022. Will update if/when I hear back from support. |
| 2021-12-20 |  | | LOVE this so far. I originally downloaded and paid for Zero. There were so many bugs I had to cancel and get a refund. Window turned out to be the best AND cheapest IF app I found after downloading and trying about 6 others. The interface is nice, I love the daily challenges and the journal you have to complete each day (takes literally a minute). This will be my IF app. Going forward. Job well done Windows. |

Plus there's a huge pay difference between this app and the one for the website. Not cool with not being able to sync my devices. I'll take the hit on this, but won't be renewing or buying separate subscriptions for my other devices. |

Emailed support to request that they cancel and they directed me to Google after telling them that it's not in the subscription list. It's a vicious cycle and a stall tactic to ensure that I'm charged for a product I'm not satisfied with. |
