I was referred by Wellness Together Canada, which says everything is free and listed multiple tools from this provider. I was able to log in on the website using WTC credentials, but can only access a mood meter there, everything is on the app. The app does not allow WTC login, and gives only the basic 14-day free trial, without even listing my single mood meter entry despite using the same email address. This was a waste of my time and a cruel trick between you and WTC.
The app doesn't work at all. I try to sign in with my organization email, and each time it says "oops! Please select your organization from the drop-down". But there's no drop-down menu!!! I'd love to use this app but I can't even get past the sign-in screen.
This free version only allows you to track your feelings every couple of days. It will ask you about your mood twice a day, but it won't load Support is of no help.
