this is the most useless, flawed, garbage app on the planet. barely ever loads. no i don't want to register my fingerprint. there is no way to save a default for shipping. 2 yrs of refilling once a month and having it sent to a pharmacy i have to search for every time. if i miss it,fed ex will leave a $14k package on my porch while i'm at work. when i go to pick it up from the pharmacy they claim they never got it. i have to pull up shipping info, just a fun game every 30 days

It won't accept my password even though the same password words fine on the web. I think the reason is different character limits for the text input on the mobile app and the web app and the fact that I used a long generated password. Based on that alone, I won't be using this app.

App is useless. Took me a week to figure out that when certain medications are approved there's a number you need to call to have it filled. No where in the app does it say that. 2 weeks and 2 days after I dropped off my prescription and still don't have my meds.

Just downloaded the app. I keep getting a notification that they are having technical issues and, in the last 24 hours since I downloaded the app, I have been unable to access any information on it. After reading the other reviews I realized that CVS has some serious Tech issues.

7/14/24 Working again. Didn't even have to speak to anyone. Thank you!!! ----------------------------------- Was working just fine until today 7/12/24. Went to place an order for my next round of medicine and it said update now. Clicked on link to do so but no update option came up. Uninstalled and reinstalled yet same issue. Guess I will have to use website. Hope this gets fixed. Worked like a charm before.

I frequently get emails & notifications that I need to check my app for secure messages. I immediately check my security messages, but for the last 5-6 months I always get a message that "the secure messages server is down. Try again later." I now have 7 messages in my inbox that I cannot read. My prescription has cancelled several times because of this. Other app functions also crash due to "high traffic" from other users (i.e. my prescriptions disappear and an error states "high traffic").

I can't use the app anymore. When I launch the app I get a pop up saying I need to update before I can continue using it. I tap the "Update Now" button, it takes me to the PlayStore, and guess what? There's no update! I can't break this endless loop, unbelievable.

Medication reminders while a nice feature often don't work properly. Have a back up alarm as some of mine have gone off 3 hours after time for medication which is hard for time sensitive meds. Additionally the pause feature on med reminders makes it look like I've not been taking my meds which I don't need at that time. Overall app isn't bad just this feature really needs improvement before individuals can rely on it

I have never been able to obtain my refills. All I get is "you have no refills due at this time," Although my prescription shows I have two additional refills for pain, I have three pills left (one days worth). Even meds I have been taking for years show up this way. New comment: opened website and complied with mandatory upgrade. That's okay, but now when I returned to the website, the upgrade was there again and wouldn't let me pass to login page.

It doesn't work. I tried removing something from my cart. Couldn't access to do so. When I tried to view prescriptions, I saw a blank screen. After trying to submit feedback through the app (which may or may not have happened) , I could not sign out & was notified there was an error & to try again in a few minutes. Not worth my time.
