Every time I try to log in, the process times out during validation of the authentication code. When it does work, the pages are usually blank, with just a sliver of a button peeking out from the notification bar at the top of the phone screen. This app is less user-friendly than Donald Trump. It's laughable to suggest we download the app when it never works. | |

2024-04-03 | Kortlandt Williams | 6 Months. It took 6 months to "find" my account. Had to repeatedly enter it over and over again, use the mail that they sent me for the bill, still didn't work until I went onto an actual computer to input everything. And it still had trouble with the next step. Finally, about to give up, I went onto my iPad and downloaded the app and I was able to at least progress a little further. At least enough to get started on my account. It shouldn't have taken 6 months 🤦🏾♂️ |
