I added biometric authentication to the app but it does not work. Also, I cannot autofill from my password manager. I must type in my username and password each time and provide my code sent by email each time.

Absolutely worthless app. Has broken features in it too. Which is a sign of how bad it actually is. Has an enable biometric login button. It does nothing, just like the rest of this app.

Whoever changed things in this new ap from the old one should be fired! The old version was awesome and so easy to read.

This app is awful. The two factor authentication is strictly through email. Every time I try to log in, the process times out during validation of the authentication code. When it does work, the pages are usually blank, with just a sliver of a button peeking out from the notification bar at the top of the phone screen. This app is less user-friendly than Donald Trump. It's laughable to suggest we download the app when it never works.

Doesn't work at all, for the past 8 months (since it was first advertised). The app gives an "internal server error" when I try to login. Height it when these companies push an app that is garbage and inadequately tested.

6 Months. It took 6 months to "find" my account. Had to repeatedly enter it over and over again, use the mail that they sent me for the bill, still didn't work until I went onto an actual computer to input everything. And it still had trouble with the next step. Finally, about to give up, I went onto my iPad and downloaded the app and I was able to at least progress a little further. At least enough to get started on my account. It shouldn't have taken 6 months 🤦🏾‍♂️
