2021-07-07 | Kerene Mclean | I have no problem with the app. I have a problem the banking system. its the worse bank. you can't get customer service on time. you have to watch the time to call has soon they open in the morning or you have to wait 20/30 min before you get through. you can't get them 30 mins before closing time. if you have a problem with your account after hours or on the weekend, you don't have no one to talk to because they are close. when you paid a bill or do any transactions from your account it says pending 2-3 days. Am tired of the foolishness. can't wait to change them. | |
