Unfortunately most of her screen time happens whencwe are away from wifi and her tablet has no mobile internet. It used to not be a problem now every time it losses internet it signs out of her account and locks everything. Why am I paying for this if she can't use it fully?! Also looks like price has increased so will not be renewing. Very sad kid. |

Then it showed one day that it needed to be updated, so I attempted to, it would get all the way through downloading but when it came time to install I was never able to get it to. It has been a very frustrating time, we weren't even able to use our full trial period! |

My daughter used to love this app so I paid the yearly subscription, now she has informed me that in order to play I need to buy keys to access certain things?!?!? I've had this app for a few years now where she had access to everything and now you're making us pay for things she has played previously on top of the yearly subscription?!?! The problem has been fixed and was taken care of very fast and friendly. Will recommend app to parents with creative kiddos. |
