That should be enough for them to unlock. I've contacted support, they make it seems as it's I'm a fraud. I'm disputing it with my debit card. Reading the reviews I know now I'm not the only one this has happened to. It's safe to say it's Course Hero iss6snd not ours. |

Rather, it took me BACK to the subscription menu, telling me to subscribe again. I've closed and reopened, logged out and logged back in, uninstalled and reinstalled, and still it's the same thing every single time. Not to mention when I subscribed previously I had paused my membership but it automatically renewed itself after a month. |

You are unable to cancel your subscription without emailing the company directly. The only options readily available is to pause your subscription for one month and then it will automatically renew itself. For the price you will pay for course hero I strongly recommend alternatives as they are comparable and most likely have far more content. |

I've tried everything to turn it off, but have not been able to. I have to download this app when I want to use it, then uninstall in order to click on links for other things. It really is frustrating. |

Keeps asking me to pay again to unlock documents. I've opened and reopened the app and it still doesn't work. No number to call, just a stupid email address that no one responds to. A lot of the papers are written by people with a tenuous grasp on the English language; and most quizzes are old which may or may not have the answers for the current quiz. It saves some leg work, but you won't be able to submit work you get straight from course hero without red flags. |

Terrible experience especially since my sub was 9.95 student prime discount and was canceled without ANY notice but I kept getting messages like everything was okay. Paid for 1 month just to get it going again but can't upgrade. Waste of money and my time. Literally each month they kept sending messages that I need to use my unlocks before they expire. Why would they send that if membership canceled? Also how would I know?? No email, no anything. |
