If you are searching and click with the back button on your phone when viewing an item it takes you BACK to the HOME Page NOT the search results... Seriously stupid!!! There are a TON more ui issues that i sent directly to the app devs and hopefully they ACTUALLY make changes! |
| 2024-11-28 |  | | so the APP freezes from time to time especially when you're trying to browse different warehouses. I've found that if I tap on an item to place in the cart, wait, because there is a lag on the app. not your phone. sometimes you may think it's in your checkout cart, but it's not there if you're tapping too fast. |
| 2024-11-26 |  | | This app is by far the worst shopping app I've used. Any item searched comes up with irrelevant results. Ex. I searched "Produce," and I got trash cans. This app is so ridiculous I almost want to cancel my Costco membership. Also I have to constantly remind it what warehouse I want to shop from. There's no 0☆s but if there were, this app would definitely earn it. |
| 2024-11-25 |  | | Knowing that every update you put out makes the app even worse, I gave up and installed this update with the hopes that it would at least stop moving the map to San Antonio (over 1,200 miles from my location) and go back to shifting the map to the 400 mile away town. I may never know if that will happen because it just crashes a few seconds after opening and eventually my phone gives me a notification that the app keeps crashing. Everyone involved with this app is pathetic. Kill yourselves. |
| 2024-11-25 |  | | This app is unbelievably bad. If I didn't like Costco's products and company so much more than their competitor, I'd go back because their app is so much better. This app almost never works for me, doesn't tell me if an item is available in the store (much less where it's located), and doesn't allow me to scan and pay for items in the app for faster checkout. How is Costco's app this bad?? |
| 2024-11-23 |  | | So the in my opinion the apps UI is poorly designed and is not truly smooth when navigating for products and categories. It's also disappointing how expensive they make it online to purchase items from them for delivery for those who have no choice but to order online. I have a lot of ideas to improve the app but I won't go to deep. They need an overhaul for this apps design, efficiency, cost etc. |
| 2024-11-22 |  | | Edit: The new updates are AMAZING! Seeing the current inventory and prices on your chosen warehouse is a huge time saver and stress reducer! Great way to show they care about their customers' experience. The best part: current gas prices are kept updated! Never keeps me logged in and search features could be improved. |

I would love to shop at Costco rather than Sam's, but sorry, Sam's has you beat in almost every category, including the app. The products on the Costco app are basically unsearchable and there's no online shopping experience. I love that the Sam's app allows you to scan all your items and pay through the app so that the checkout line can be bypassed. There only thing this app is good for is the digital card so I don't have to carry my card. |

Does not have produce or fresh items to be able to check prices. Very hard to plan a list when you have no idea what is going to be available Wish they had scan and go like Sam's Club or even pickup. Definitely needs an upgrade. |
| 2024-11-18 |  | | To get past the warehouse select screen, you need to DENY the app permission to use your location. As soon as you do that, it lets you manually type in a location and almost immediately comes up with a list of options. It will ask you for permission to access your location again when you try to view your warehouse's inventory - deny it again or it'll never load. Once you get past all that nonsense the app is fine, but wish you could search the warehouse on the website. |
