I signed up for a member ship, but it doesn't even let me bid or buy because of a verification issue. They charged $100 on my account first. I submitted the documents they requested, but they still didn't let me through. I contacted customer support, but they told me that I only had 7 days to get a refund, which I find unfair. Not only that, but I emailed multiple times, and they didn't help me. They stole my money.

When I am running "Saved Searches" on the android app in my phone, it returns: "Sorry we were unable to find any vehicles that match your criteria." However, the same saved search when I run on a Computer, it shows me a lot of cars. Please check this.

Easy to buy. app works well. Better pick-up instructions would be nice. You have to use a different app for pick up. one stop shop app or combined would be nice or a note to tell you to go to the other app. all in all, I'm happy with copart. I personally would love more "buy it now" "no license required" every visit staff has been great to work with. little rock and Springfield. Two names that stand out, Scott. forklift driver in littlerock... great guy. Brian, manager, super nice man also.
