The application has been experiencing some issues lately. It refuses to open in multi-window mode, and the advertisement banner is slow to pop up. This causes all my switches to move right before I click on the device, which makes me select the wrong one. I kindly request the developers to look into these issues and improve the user experience. Lousy - exasperating - time-consuming. I'm just trying to pair several devices. They are in pairing mode as described by the app - blinking constantly. I put in my exact wifi id and password (it actually fills the id in since I'm connected to that wifi). Keeps saying unable to find device no matter how close I put the device, phone and router together. I can see the device (IP address, Mac address etc) in my list of wifi connections . This app is a waste of time

I have many Sonoff devices for many years now and used to like this app a lot. Pairing was a breeze; took less than 1 minute to pair 1 device. I recently updated the app, I updated my wifi network and tried to reconfigure some devices, it took hours to go through the pairing steps again and again and again for each device. Technical support isn't helpful because they never got back to me. Your app really got all messed up somewhere along the way.
