| 2023-11-05 |  | | I had nose surgery doctor missed hole in my nose now will need new surgery on my nose. They gave me the wrong anesthesia. I was unconscious for two hours because of wrong anesthesia. They They never let my cousin know. I have severe sleep apnea. |
