Very poor service. Live broadcast of matches cannot be enjoyed because of continuous lagging/buffering!!! Mobile app is supposed to be very handy and useful for live telecasts while on the go.

Absolutely awful. Premier League is gone, alongside the other football leagues and Bangladesh matches have buffering even when using direct Ethernet cable to PC. Their servers can't cope with the high traffic Bangladesh matches bring. If they tell you if it's a glitch or temporary issue, don't believe them as it happens very often.

I took their 6-month subscription, and they don't show all the matches, and very often, you can't even watch the matches. The screen goes black and doesn't show the matches extremely frustrating. It often happens when you take 1 day subscription. No customer service reply also.
