| 2024-11-27 |  | | Worst app to use. Misleading cancelation policy, I tried to use it for booking a RAC ticket. While booking they charge convenience chagres plus agent charges too. And cancellation policy changes 75. Total it is more then 100 rupees extra from ticket price, and when I try to cancel it, thy refund only ticket price. But if I don't use this policy and book a RAC ticket from IRCTC app and try to cancel it, only 60 rupees will be deducted. I wasted my money by using this cancellation policy, worst. |

However, it did not get confirmed, and the worst part was that I didn’t receive a full refund. They credited 45% to my main account and the remaining 55% to the "Confirm Ticket Wallet." To make matters worse, the wallet amount is only valid for one month. |

| 2024-11-22 |  | | I purchased their pro subscription and then tried to book a tatkal booking after filling all the details when proceeding to payment it was started showing me that tatkal booking for AC will be open after 10:10 AM which is completely wrong information so I missed my chance to book the ticket. I extremely recommend that do not use this app for your tatkal bookings. |

| 2024-11-19 |  | | I faced that problem in confirmation ticket app, whenever I tried to book the ticket, even I selected "No, I don't want free cancellation" option, once clicked the "Proceed to Pay" why again you are asking confirmation for that, in urgent if I click yes additionally I have to pay extra charge for that option. Worst user experience of this. If I selected other option you can ask confirmation. There also is no default selected value. Then after I selected that option why again asked that confirm |
