I first used this app in 2018/19 (even though it says 2020) while I was going through some hard trauma and it's perfect for me and has been since. It's simple and easy and it helps better than any medication. It also helps relax my body and lowers my stress levels which is a great benefit for my epilepsy as well 😊 |
