Doesn't include everything the website has

They don't train everyone very well

It is usually very slow and buggy. Often gets stuck in refresh. Sometimes white screens. When adding leads off of public databases there is no effort put in to checking to see if a lead was already created for that business, or if the details are still accurate. I suppose that's supposed to be the agent's job. But when 90+% of leads are bad leads, you end up spending most of your time sifting through bad leads when trying to prospect virtually. And it of enables people to "steal" leads.
