Can't purchase TRN on Roku because a popup says that the email and password is already taken. So can't subscribe that way. Really would like to watch my favorite sport but getting tired of fighting to watch, via a platform that doesn't require a degree in programming to enjoy, this grand sport. |

I just wanted to re-activate my subscription to watch GPR and they are literally not allowing it. A little deeper dig shows they have been charging me this whole time! | 2024-10-05 |  | | Tried to watch some of the new Premiership Rugby season. I have a current subscription, was just charged for it. Roku and Android apps just tell me I have to subscribe to view TRN+ content. I emailed support because this seems like a fairly simple fix. Decided to write this comment and leave a one star rating because I haven't heard back. I wish Peacock would pick Premiership back up. Oh well. |

All of the apps - browser-based, Android, Apple and Roku - absolutely suck. The interfaces make the 90's look like the brave new world, the subscription content doesn't even work, customer service is non-existent, basic functionality isn't even built in (you can't even log in on the Roku app for christ's sake). What a shameful waste of rugby fans' time and money. |

Navigation within the app is clunky and not intuitive. On top of all that they want me to pay to watch most content. I will not be paying for such a terrible product and I urge MLR and all other leagues to move away from this platform as quick as possible. |

The app needs a major update or MLR needs to partner with a streaming partner that has the infrastructure to broadcast live game at a decent quality. |
