| 2024-11-27 |  | | Woke up 18000 in the hole because I had my account hacked, luckily my bank flagged it for fraudulent early enough. Lord knows how many times I would have had to create a service ticket before I got anywhere. *Update- I've started back up with this app and have had a far better experience this go round.! Recommend for the convenience and versatile options to access, trade, capitalize, spend my crypto! |

I can convert to anything I want or add money without any issues but when I try to withdraw my cash to my bank it tells me "Something went wrong" and errors out. It's been happening for days now. And there are no updates available for the app. 4+ hour wait times for customer service and the chat bot doesn't work. |
| 2024-11-27 |  | | I can't log in when I'm a legit user. Account has blocked status, and there are too many topics to select where to start a support ticket to unblock it in a timely way. Sending an email sent me back to the support page. Same with attempting to get help calling. That's been me attempting many times to log in. I used to have to use public Wi-Fi to get access as I didn't have a provider for many years, not now, though. From the support page, nothing I select is helping me send a support msg. HELP!! |
| 2024-11-24 |  | | Absolutely will not connect to any checking account, debit card, or savings account that is run by CashApp. Get over yourselves. Half of the country is shifting their banking to cashapp and similar due to superior service. Had every intention of using this app for years, now I'll move on to the next one that doesn't waste my time. If you have a major institution blocked from your app, perhaps you should disclose this on the main page. Something like "we suck and are stuck in the 90's" |
| 2024-11-23 |  | | Do not download if you don't want to be forever frustrated. Have waited 72+ hours and I still cannot use my account as it's in a broken "verification required" loop. I've watched myself lose hundreds of dollars over the last couple of days due to not being able to purchase crypto. Support chat wait time is 3+ hours. Extremely frustrating service. If you can buy crypto ANYWHERE else, id recommend it. |
| 2024-11-23 |  | | Makes it really easy to buy cyrpto and whatnot. Unfortunately, I finally tried the plus account with them. Within an hour, my whole account is frozen, it seems like. Every single time I attempt to buy anything, every single transaction fails. Their live chat doesn't work whatsoever either. Not really sure what the point of the coinbase plus is if it's going to shut down every single transaction. |
| 2024-11-22 |  | | The app told me to sign out and now acts like a browser instead of an app. I can't complete my quest because it says it's mobile only and wants me to scan a QR code with my phone. I've tried reinstalling, clearing cache and data, removing permission to open links in app, but the app always tries to sign in in browser mode and IF I'm lucky enough to sign in the app thinks it's in Edge browser cookie warning and all. At the top is x, minimize tab, site info, site address, share, and browser menu. |
| 2024-11-22 |  | | Works good so far but, unable to use custom price alerts in mobile app. there no bell icon anywhere. This app differs from the one I've seen for Samsung phones as well. Can we fix this? Update I've done all that and up to date... there is no way to set custom price alerts like in the Samsung version of the app. Everything is on but the feature is not there. |
| 2024-11-19 |  | | App is trash. Trying to get to the live chat buried 3 layers deep in the help/contact us section. If I wanted to read the recommended articles, I'd go to the library. One wrong click puts you riggt back on the trouble screen and backtracking to the live help. Most apps just put this feature on the screen in the lower left or right for easy access. |
| 2024-11-18 |  | | I love Coinbase. Stable, easy to buy and sell crypto, and has advanced tools available for the more savvy investor. With that being said, with the app being very stable I would LOVE to see a different interface for foldable phones when the big screen is open. That would make this amazing EDIT: Advanced View on the big screen is really nice! Whether on purpose or by accident, that really takes advantage of the larger display |
