Great app for water consumption, as well as integrations with other health app ecosystems, but as with everything else, there's a subscription. However, at least there is a lifetime purchase option, but at a cost of $40 which is ridiculous for this kind of app and features; an obvious ploy to push you into the subscription, especially when it use to cost $7 for the pro version. You're constantly hit with a pop up for pro and ad every time you open the app too.

Best of all water reminder apps I've seen. Others force *you* to come up with a timetable (every hour, every 90 mins) and just ping you. Drank plenty in the morning? Other apps keep pinging you to drink more. Hydro Coach, however, calculates when you need the next reminder, based on your awake schedule and how much you drink as the day progresses. Great app, I use it literally every day. 6 🌟 Edit: $40?? For a simple math app with some cute icons with different color liquids? C'mon man. -1 ⭐

I use this app every day to make sure I drink enough water! It is really easy to use. You input your height, weight, where you are for daily temperature and it calculates the ounces you need that day. 6/27/2024 Still using this app, maybe not as consistently, but it helps me get back on track. Wish app had been upgraded to do water equivalence of herbal tea, yogurt drinks, milk shakes, etc.

first thing it did was try to sell me a subscription... and then jump scare me with a video ad when i clicked what looked like the menu button. i just wanted to see if i could connect to to the samsung health app with health connect. let me see if your app is even usable before you try to make money off me. i'm remembering why i never use apps on my phone. it's all annoying monetization schemes for very little actual utility or value in return.

Need to test it out longer, but this is the most promising out of the 10 that I've tried recently. No gender entry required, easy to set your own goal, easy to enter data, and no frills that make it take a while to enter the data (plant nanny was great until the first drink of the day took a full minute to enter because they gameified it too much). Easy tracking and comparing previous days as well.

Exactly what I was looking for. I paid the $7 to unlock everything after a trial period, and it's completely worth it. There were a couple of other apps that did a monthly subscription, and that's too much for me. I like that can customize my drinks, see my stats, and set when I want to be reminded. This really is helping me drink more water!!

Does exactly what it needs to...which is to help me stay hydrated...thanks developer! Have updated my score. The app adjusting for weather is a huge plus. Only negative is that you don't appear to make this app for iPhones. Was telling a friend about the app but he couldn't find it for his iPhone. BTW, I am serious when I said the "only negative".

I got this app so I wouldn't have to set multiple reminders on my phone to remind me to drink. Despite having reminders set every 30 minutes during my 9 hour work shift, I get MAYBE 2-4 all day out of the 18 I should get. I emailed over 2 weeks ago and no response. The only good thing about this app is that it does sync with Samsung Health. However, the point of the app is to get your water in but how do you do that if you don't remember to drink and the faulty app doesn't remind you? πŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘Ž

Worked great for about a week and then stopped receiving reminders on watch and phone. I went into the app to try to fix it. Uninstall/reinstalled and double-checked settings. Checked if it was connected to Samsung Health and it gave me a message that Samsung Health was not compatible with my phone. Samsung Health is on my phone and working, so clearly compatible. I'm guessing there may be a compatibility issue due to recent software update. Was great while it did work, though.

Appears to be a decent app, highly customizable. The non-starter: video ads! I started with the app, used the free version before I paid for it. Small unobtrusive ads at the bottom of the screen. No problem, just like any other free app. I started logging water, after an entry, a full screen LOUD, video add started. There was no way to stop it, the volume controls were locked out. I locked my phone to stop the noise, unlocked it and the ad started from where it left off, Again, no way to stop it. I ended up having to re-boot the phone. This type of ad is inexcusable. I understand needing to create revenue. I get needing ads. I was planning on paying the small price for the pro version without ads. But if this is the way they treat their free customers, I will not support them. Beware!
