2024-12-02 | Charlie Youngpeter | *Update... again* everyone is aware that subscriptions are what keeps apps going. The canned responses to EVERY ONE about this is equally annoying. Switching apps now. *Update* the app has popups constantly asking if I want to subscribe. I can't get pregnant. I don't care about any of the extra stuff a subscription would track. Please stop asking! Excellent app. I really like that I can see three months out when my next cycle is due. It's great for planning events around my cycle.
2024-12-01 | Kaylyn Garcia | I love this app! But recently I constantly get ads to pay for the subscription and it's to the point where it's super annoying. As soon as I open the app it pops up, whenever I track anything or do anything on the app it's constantly popping up. I wish there was an option to turn it off. I've had this app for years and this is making me want to delete the app and find something else.
2024-11-22 | Beth Reulbach Lugo | Pretty great app so far. I switched over from Flo, which I had used for years, because Flo had way too many things popping up on my screen. Clue doesn't do that too often, but often enough that I paid for premium. I still get certain things popping up which is annoying. I just want an app I can sign into and input my info without being prompted to look at an article I don't care about. I'll keep Clue for the year that I paid for the membership, but after that paper and pen will be better for me
2024-11-17 | Amber Frischer (Amber) | I have been using this app for many years, and it was great. until recently. now they are trying to sell a paid subscription so hard the app has become practically unusable. constant pop-ups that freeze the screen trying to get you to pay money. sometimes I can get out of it, and sometimes I can't, so i have to close the app and reopen it to use it. horrible. I don't recommend using this app. I'm currently looking for a new one.
2024-11-11 | Lisa McIntyre | Clue is a great app that Ive used for over a decade. However a 5 star app is now only a 2 star app. They went from having lots of options available in the non-paid portion of the app to requiring the app be a paid app for almost all features. Not only that but you can't even use the app without a bunch of popups trying to sell the app to you. I did the paid version when I was trying to conceive but for a standard period tracker, there are too many unpaid apps out there.
2024-11-09 | Lauren | Hi! I just installed Clue and like it so far (I switched over from another app because of worries about privacy). However I'd like to see some change if possible. Can you please add a passcode feature (I just feel weird without it) as well as a way to hide the 'Content' tab or at least pick what type of topics are on it? I think it'd be a lot more comfortable and inclusive that way. Thank you in advance!
2024-11-08 | Jade G | Ive been using clue for years and have no plans on switching to a different app or tracking method. I like that the UI is clean, simple, and gender neutral. The app is easy to use and navigate. I also highly, highly appreciate Clue's commitment to data and client privacy. Clue is openly and loudly committed to protecting private health data, which is something I deeply appreciate as someone who's reproductive rights are at risk
2024-10-31 | Michelle | I love the design of this app, but they took away the ability to view all the instances a symptom has been tracked, so I can no longer see when in my cycle I'm getting migraines. The upgrade ads have become incredibly intrusive, but I'm not interested in any of the analysis they're offering (I would pay for migraine analysis!). I'll probably request an export of my data and just start tracking in a calendar again.
2024-10-30 | Tilly Lilly | I used to use Clue, it was great so I downloaded it just a few days ago to properly track again, but every time I open the app or do something it pushes it's subscription, after logging it makes me wait to close the ad. Ads like this don't make me want the subscription, ads like this make me want to change apps entirely. Very sad to see it change from a great app to this.
2024-10-17 | A Google user | After all their growing pains, the app definitely works better. I LOVE that they included a section for notes (though I didn't discover it existed til today). I'd like to see a way to search by tags (or make it more intuitive to find). The free version, however, is now unusable. You literally can't do ANYTHING without full-screen ads popping up. It's not even third-party ads, it's them begging you to upgrade. So yeah, if you can't afford premium (understandable), don't bother. |
