| 2024-11-28 |  | | Edit: Uninstalling and reinstalling fixed the issue, but another thing is that it constantly while I am listening keeps deselecting the voice that I that I selected and it is so annoying can you please make it so that it just f**** waits for it to load. I am constantly forced to stop and then reselect the voice and then it'll work for another 10 minutes and then stupidly lose the connection again. |

However, the audio constantly cuts in and out or will skip over words or a full sentences entirely. I have a strong, fast, and stable internet connection so I don't think it's that. I had a theory that it was the size of the file I was trying to listen to and try a smaller one, with the same results of the voices cutting in and out or sentences being skipped. |

The app has a very hard time sinking from your phone to your computer. It hardly ever remembers any of my settings for voice or speed. And it's extremely hard to download the app on your new computer when you're trying to simply log in. |

Not only did it provide replies I specifically guided it to, but was able to begin guiding me as it seemed to learn in real time. Premium is less pricey than others less powerful, and that's refreshing especially with everyone wanting an average of $20 a month. Which is simply unsustainable long term. |
| 2024-11-20 |  | | Cool concept, I use this app mostly to listen to Brandon Sanderson books I received from Kickstarter. Sadly the app under performs, the app stops between chapters so you have to go back and play, doesn't stay with where it's ready (it will read one chapter and stay on the last), also it doesn't do well picking back up where you stop off ( definitely need to remember where you were). Definitely not my favorite but I'll use it to listen to the books I backed and hopefully not have to use it again |

At first thw app didn't work amazing, but It got the job done, but now the offline voices (witch are the voices that I used) are super high pitched, the normal voices can't read a sentence without skipping every word except one in a sentence, I have tried reaching out for a refund but customer service keeps on telling me to reinstall the app and update my phone although both of those did not work. This is the worst app I have ever tried now. |

I was really hoping to get through this book for my school work, but it refuses to let me listen. I am not able to go through a 7 hour 30 minute session in one go, so until it works, I will be leaving this. The computer edition is fine though. Just sucks cause it is a physical book |

I can understand having to pause to process the words but it so jarring when it happens. and having to close and reopen the app multiple times before it allows you to follow along reading your kindle books is annoying. Also, I have to log into my kindle account repeatedly. I shouldn't have to pay for these features when they don't work correctly. |

I've tried several times to use the url function, and I get an error message each time. It isn't allowed to grab books from Google books or webnovel in the apps for macbook or android. The web browser works, but it is somehow in conflict with webnovels web browser, so some of the paragraphs get jumbled up into gibberish. The app is not ready for any kind of long reading like novels. |
