The very 1st morning after listening I purchased a calorie counting app and I've lost 36 lbs so far! I love how I am able to use the app to listen to purchased tracks just as it's easier to use then other media players. The only thing I would like would be if the tracks in the packages were shown in order of suggested listening. Highly Recommend A++++ Thank You! |

I typically fall asleep to the hypnosis as I listen to it at bedtime. But I decided to try not to fall asleep, and this time, I realized that there's no mention of the issue I'm trying to overcome. It's literally all about relaxing and counting down the steps and more relaxing, but trying to stop the issue at hand isn't mentioned. Why is that? |
