2024-11-26 | Amy Perry | I love iheart radio and have for years ....but this doesn't play on my smartwatch anymore and it makes me sad. I loved this for having that ability because Pandora didn't and that's the other music app I was using. Other than it not working on my smartwatch, this is everything I would expect out of a music app and more. There's podcasts, actual radio stations that are actually local and not in a foreign language, there's genres of all types, and a way to personalize my experience with all of it
2024-11-24 | bstncld B | Kept straying from the type of music I liked seems to be purposely so that I would have to keep using up my skips in order to force me to buy a subscription. Would not recommend unless you're willing to fork out money for a subscription. Also way too many commercialsand way too many repeated commercials which is very obnoxious and not just 2 or 3 throughout the day but dozens of repeated commercials over and over. that is obnoxious.
2024-11-22 | Mike Angelo | Would like to see an offline mode to listen to downloaded podcasts. I can't tell what is being downloaded, prioritize download, more control. Lost Internet when Congress didn't re-approve Internet assistance program. Now I have to find WiFi to download content but I do listen to iHeart at night for entertainment. Be nice to download some daily music station I can put on repeat. Something to think about.
2024-11-21 | Dan Mcwherter | I use my Samsung galaxy phone. I get double tracks, after taking a phone call. The only way to correct it is shut the phone down. The ap also stalls on the advertisement screen, ap will return in 0.00 it says. I have to close it and reopen. I have Uninstaller and reinstalled numerous times but still does it. Also, I suggest making the home screen the default screen, everytime.
2024-11-21 | Mo Brown | This app is horrible. I will be listening to a morning show and a random song will start playing right in the middle of someone's sentence. Then in the middle of that song it will get cut off and another song will start playing from the middle of the song. Commercials are in Chinese and Spanish and play multiple times during every commercial break. If I hit the thumbs down button on a particular song a message pops up that says we will not longer play this song but guess what, they play it again
2024-11-16 | Dustin Davis | For some reason over the past couple of days new Podcasts are not auto-downloading for me. When I go to the podcast it doesn't even show there are new episodes. However when I go to Spotify the episodes that should have been released that day are up there. My wife uses iHeart and isn't having this problem. I've tried deleting the app and reinstalling with no luck.
2024-11-14 | mike kenny | I Heart Media has gone completely bureaucratic. App does everything it can to prevent you from listening to what you want. This includes removing your favorites and making you search for them again every day, forcing you to listen to garbage woke bs, and testing you to see how long you will tolerate adds. Also forcing drivers in hands free states to watch video ads after opening an audio app with voice assistance while operating motor vehicles. Awesome!! 👍
2024-11-14 | John B Deal | App is a broken system, and they refuse to fix it. I listen to RMG on WMMS Cleveland, and at least 3 times a day when the show goes to a break, instead of going back to the show, it will just continue to advertise podcasts. I'm sure I'll get a canned response, but they know that this is an issue and has been for at least a year. Also, it's not an isolated instance because people call into the show and complain daily. So save the "tell us more about the issue" reply. JUST FIX YOUR APP!!
2024-11-14 | cowcreekgeek | No longer handy for podcasts, buUut... still not especially handy for music ~;-) iHeart has *never* worked well, and now rarely works at all. I can't believe advertisers actually pay them to not play but an occasional few seconds of their ads, and for some reason? They have never been smart enough to download their ads in the background (which causes the whole thing to stall out when trying to listen offline, on the rare occasions it downloads content). Years, to just make things worse.
2024-11-03 | David Tilley | More like AdHeart Radio. Every 2 songs you get up to 3 ads 30 sec- 1 min long....each. Don't like the current song and want to change stations? Gotta listen to some ads first. Accidentally closed the app? Guess what, gotta listen to some ads when you open it again. They are REALLY proud of their ads and it's incredibly irritating. Back when it was 1 ad for up to 15 seconds was tolerable. Now, it feels like over the air radio. Same small list of songs on repeat with as many ads/commercials. |
