I'm always playing and it's fun when they have the competitions for who wins the most and then you get a prize for being in the top three they also have a live where you can purchase discounted coins and also when extra coins it's very interactive and absolutely love it |

You'll notice the claw is slightly off at it's full reach & it's enough to make a winning difference. They have decent prizes but the last time I went for earbuds the claw would not respond and they refused to give a refund, I was even a club member. My suggestion, don't be greedy & especially treat club members better. |
| 2024-12-10 |  | | This app has several MAJOR flaws. 1) Coins are very expensive. You can save up coins, but it takes weeks of logging in to save up enough coins for the good prizes. I don't mind spending money on apps, but $30 for 4k coins is outrageous, esp. when some machines cost over 1k coins/play. 2) Once you win prizes, you have to pay even more money for shipping. Again, I don't mind that. But $13 shipping on a prize I just spent 2k coins trying to win is so ridiculous. I could go on, but limited on words. |

They are rigged to only function properly on timed amounts so you need to be skilled at using them and aware of how they work with allowing wins. The biggest issue is the shipping. Sometimes it can be ok but other times they cancharge you way more than is appropriate to ship. It fluctuates and there is a limit to the time you can keep prizes stored. Also there are several I just never received. Good overall |
| 2024-11-19 |  | | I used to really like this game. Would win actual prizes. Recently saved up a lot of coins went to play one of the claw machines and the claw would not grab at all. Did the same thing several times on the other machines and it still does it. I sent a complaint but it was dismissed. If its not fixed soon I'll just delete the app |

You can still get lucky and get a good machine, but its frustrating spending coins just trying to find a machine that works. They do not refund when you report the claws. If you want a good claw machine app, get Clawee. Claw Eden still gets 3 ☆s for the coin drop game, which is fun and you get a generous amount of free coins to play it daily. Just don't do the claws. |

Edit: Quality of the items are still good but they don't offer shipping credits for memberships and raised all shipping prices. Continued changes like this and I will end up deleting. |

The jewellery on it looks pretty real and the prices for coins and whatnot are a lot cheaper than other claw games like Clawee. There's also a lot more variety and things are constantly being added (unlike with Clawee). There's always new stuff to choose from! |

That being said, prizes are never delivered even when tracking says they are! Don't trust this app! Also, I had someone try to log into my Amazon account shortly after downloading this app! Haven't had an issue since deleting. TOTAL SCAM! DONT PUT YOUR INFO AT RISK HERE! |
| 2024-10-30 |  | | They finally sent my item that was supposed to be shipped over a month ago. Thanks, I guess. Anyways I spent close to $80 on this claw app/game and won like a dozen prizes. I'm not sure if it's luck or skill based, because the claw would open up once it reaches the top & proceed to drop your plush. I've won about 12 seals plushies though (received 3 of them, sent a friend one, and waiting on the others) and they're all very high quality, at least compared to the one I had ordered off Temu. |
