This could lead to extra fees for they try and pull every time i click cancel subscription i would only use pre paid cards if you choose to use this app... Update they did cancel from there side and were very helpful so i changed my rating to a 4 :) |

I,m beginning to simply delete any " dojo" emails because it' so repetitive. I like it when the first line tells the reason for themessage. |
| 2024-10-23 |  | | There are lots of things I love about Dojo. Family communication, student motivation and it is good for tracking participation and behavior. However, entering the data is painful and time consuming, something teacher dont have. Everytime you click a positive feedback on a student it brings me back to the class page and then I have to click on the student again and do this repetitively and it is a long and time consuming process. PLEASE update this so it is more efficient! |

For the price of a paid subscription, a search button should be a minimum, I dont need dojo for home. Also, the ability for schools to select homeroom parents to post in chats would be great! |
| 2024-09-26 |  | | I like the concept, but I do not like that even thru a school or teacher invite, you do not have access to the full app and all of its features without a subscription. I feel like I'm only getting 20% of the experience, but I'm not willing to pay a years subscription to "explore" what else it offers. Maybe offer a free trial for a month or so, to see if we like it and would miss the additional perks we lose without subscribing. |
| 2024-09-24 |  | | It dosent load . And I have a special needs child i have to be in touch with the teacher at all times. I made sure my phone was updated . I made sure the app was updated . It just loads and then say retry and repeats that. I have a samsung s24 plus I have no issues with the phone other than this app. Which allows me to believe the error is with the app.....I also emailed support and heard nothing back. |

It asked for a review while trying to read messages from their teacher. Overall, the app is obnoxious. I wouldn't normally bother to rate, but since it was so important to interrupt what I was doing, here ya go. |

What irritates me the most is that every time I get a code sent to me, it creates a "new child" instead of just adding the class to an existing child profile. I currently have 4 active profiles for my son and 3 for my daughter. I have to go through and delete multiple old profiles every new school year. You want us to pay for the app to keep memories from years past, but I would have no less than 30 profiles between 2 kids if I saved them all! Just ridiculous!!!! |

It is like they put all of their focus into making the app perfect on Apple phones and they do not care about their Android app. It takes forever to load and most of the time I have to exit and go back in. My friends that have Android have the same issue and friends that have Apple do not. |
| 2024-09-16 |  | | I like that the students can be interactive with Dojo but for the cost of this it should actually work rather than freeze up and not work almost every single time I open it. I shouldn't have to open the app, it freeze up, me close out of everything, and then try again a few minutes later. For almost $80 it should work efficiently. |
