Constantly crashing. I spend half of my time restarting the app. Of course, once it restarts, Pokemon Go also needs to restart. Aggravating, annoying, frustrating It's a shame, that with sooooo much knowledge and experience that they can't figure out how to keep their from crashing over and over and over and over again

I am not sure what has happened to this once great app. More often than not now it either doesn't recognize the Pokémon I just caught or the info is way off so it has to be manually entered. It was a great app before these issues now on a daily basis I have to manually enter info it used to automatically detect. Still it is somewhat usable to join raid queues.

Edit: The problem i had was not what they responded with. But i made a support ticket, and they fixed my issue within 5 minutes of me reaching out! I will continue to support! I I have loved this app for years, I have even paid for premium a few times for the perks. After the latest update, the app crashes after trying to join raids and click on my profile and other areas as well.

It's a great app, but the changes to tier 5 raid queues has made the app almost unusable. Now that there's 2 queues, almost every lobby times out. This was never an issue before, and now I can't do any raids. There needs to be a way to extend the raid timers, or the queues have to be consolidated into 1 again. There's no reason for an 8+ player dedicated queue, because raids are easy to beat with just 6 low/mid level players.

The app is great for me - I don't have a group to play with. I like getting help with harder raids. The scan feature is great for sorting what I should keep and which ones to transfer. I do have a complaint about lagging lately. The app takes too long to refresh when trying to host raids. I have on a few occasions lost out on getting the opportunity to hit the raid invitations sent button because the app incorrectly showed other players counting down. Maybe a manual refresh function is needed?

Thanks, Googlebama. Edit: where did screenshot mode go? Useless app without it. Original Review: Great app to autodetect pokemon values. I'm using in screenshot mode atm; it's nice if you enable deleting them automatically. Still works ok with blue light filters on, but you have to enter some numbers manually. Samsung note 8. Thanks for great app. I did not find ads intrusive.

Crashes in the background while using pokemon go. Have to leave app regularly to reopen it. Time consuming. Otherwise super helpful. Edit: After your reply I decided to try all those issues and absolutely nothing has fixed your application closing in the background in less than 30 seconds into pokemon go. This is absolutely ridiculous. Edit: 2. I have a brand new phone. 1 hour old. No apps other than this and Go. Still crashes in the background REGULARLY This is a Galaxy 5G now.

I am a digital hoarder who struggles with storage limits in PoGo. This app really helped me decide what to keep and what to transfer. On top of that it assists with forming raid parties, and lets me see the collection at a glance. Within the limitations of being a companion app it is fantastic. However my wishlist for this program would be some sort of auto clicker that could rapidly scan and name the whole collection on its own.

An excellent tool for all players from casual to hardcore. Adding your pokemon can be tedious, but other than that setup is quick and painless. I highly recommend anyone who is interested in raiding to give this app a try as it takes a lot of the guesswork out of party composition. Especially if you only have a small group and need every extra bit of damage to win.

Normally, this app is great. Been using it for years. But the last few weeks it's been super buggy and now I can't get out of the raid lobby I've been stuck in for a week, even though that raid is no longer active. My boyfriend is having problems on his phone as well, being unable to join any raids. UPDATE: Pokegenie has full access to everything with no limited network. It has been working fine up until the last update.
