Alan Lewis		 Using this app was a mistake. I should have used the web GUI, but sadly used this useless app instead. I tried to change the ssid this failed now the AP is using the old ssid as the new one failed to store. The AP won't factory reset. And don't call tech support unless your a fortune 500 company or you'll be told to go to your retailer for help. "Cisco, Apple for networking!"

Kyle Balas		 Tedious to use. Everything takes a long time to load, nothing is intuitive and I cannot get my router to successfully install a firmware upgrade, I dread using this app.
