| 2024-10-24 |  | | Paid for the month used it 5 times and now the app won't let me log in 2 get my code. I've called the cs number spent an hour out of my day only to have the same issue. I un-installed reinstalled restarted my device. STILL CAN NOT LOG IN TO USE THE APP THAT I ALREADY PAID FOR. SUPER IRRITATING. AM I GOING 2 HAVE 2 SPEND 60 MINUTES ON THE PHINE TO GET A WASH CODE EVERYTIME I WANT TO WASH THE CAR? SUPER ANNOYED WITH THIS AND I DONT RECOMMEND USING THIS APP AT ALL.!!!! |

Tried e-mailing customer service. No response. Downgrading my membership to single, and if that acts up, I will cancel the whole thing and find a better car wash company/app in Arizona. |

Purchased another subscription and while I can still get a wash in TN, MS apparently doesn't exist to the app any longer. Literally doesn't show any circle k in MS at all. The third one kinda worked, but I selected touch free and I did a touch car wash. I reported the problems via the app but heard nothing back... I tried to add my wife to the family plan subscription I'm paying for and it says invalid phone number even though the number is correct.... First month of this will likely be my last unless they can get their stuff together quick |

In the decades I've been washing my cars, this car wash gives me the best car wash I've ever had. I have the monthly subscription and get the vehicle washed at almost every gas fill-up (once a week anyways...sometimes more) and my yearly auto-detailing keeps its beauty and shine thru-out the year here in the Northeast whatever the season. Highly recommended. And it maintains detailing. |
| 2023-08-27 |  | | This app is shady AF. Besides the car washes all being absolutely horrible, there is seemingly no way to remove things such as card info. On top of that it's asking for a PIN now that I don't recall creating. I've tried every 6 digit number I could think I would use for something like that and nothing. Then there is no way to reset it or an option for "forgot PIN". Almost as if they want to make it absolutely as hard as possible to cancel things, etc. Just avoid this. In no way is it worth it. |
