2024-12-17 | Jehu Delgado | The experience is that if u in a struggle and a payment doesn't go thru because of other automatic payments of other bills, $30 fee is charged. Your able to to pump twice to fill up 2 cars so that's $60, and when u call to see if they can help you even if you ask for the manager they say they can't do anything that it's in my terms n conditions So there's no savings... at the pump is $3 full tank of 30gals when it's $0.10 off, using the card n getting $30 fee charge it just sucks | |
2024-12-16 | dopemelody | Whenever visiting a CircleK, I'll enter my phone number. I was recently told that unless my phone number is registered on the app, I won't get any of the perks / promotions associated with the program. So, I downloaded the app. Unfortunately, it appears it's broken. Upon opening the app, I'm told I have an old version and must update it (even tho I literally just downloaded it). When I go back to update it, it looks like I have the latest version. For now, 1 star until someone fixes the issue! | |

When I go to the app store, it's fully updated. I tried uninstalling it a couple times, even turned beta mode on, with no success. Hopefully this gets fixed soon. The app is displaying that an update is required, but not allowing me to update. I have un-installed and re-installed with the same result. With only two options, to uninstall or open, when I open it displays the banner that an update is required with no way to do so. | |

When I click the Update button shown with the message in app, I get another message saying no updates available. The app is stuck in a loop and can't be used. Glitchy in the past, but now just frozen and unusable. | |
2024-12-01 | Tyrone Tolle | I went to the store in Inverness and I was treated like a Emperor as soon as I walked in the door! The staff is very friendly and helpful and I appreciate the way they are. The cashier was very patient with me while I had to use my VUSE app to get a coupon for the new product and it took me about 10 minutes to finish what I was doing and then they accepted my coupon and they gave me a discount on the way out the nose 🐽👃 just kidding about the nose thing but Circle K has always been doing great | |
2024-11-22 | S | Not allowing use of the app until updating it is an idiotic decision. It forces people to use their data, since they'll be faced with this requirement while out, and it's either going to cause people to be messing with their phone more while driving (a safety issue) or to not be able to use the app (defeating the whole purpose). Just cost me $ because I didn't see other station was much cheaper due to taking the time to update. I really wish app designers would start using some (un)common sense. | |
2024-09-05 | Ames | This app is easy-to-use. I use it often, as I frequent Circle K quite a bit for gas, and convenience type food or snacks. I don't have to worry about having an extra courtesy card in my wallet; I just pull up the app, and the attendant scans my card barcode. This is a great way to save money on different products and gas; overall I've been happy with this app. And the Circle K I go to the most has very friendly and helpful people working there; this makes the experience the best! 😊 | |
2024-08-26 | Kevin never lies | Absolutely horrible, I go to change my payment method it took an hour on the phone with the girl trying to get the account number. They just don't let you add a credit card it could be done very quickly so you have to give them your account number to your checking account and your routing number. So she said well don't worry we're going to send two small amounts once you get those amounts just go back to you and enter them in, well I only got One small amount sent to me! Absolutely ridiculous! | |
2024-07-26 | Ray Garcia | I cannot find where to link an easypay card. Even if it's there, it's way too hidden. Very inconvenient! I also thought I already had the Circle K app installed. One day it stopped working and I stopped using it for a good while until I finally realized today that this is the new app. It looks very mediocre to switch without telling customers what's going on. Way to lose business |
