They say they're aware of the problem and they're working on it. Nobody is working on it.I've been a client since 2012. It hasn't ever been useful. |

I filed a claim, it's been a month since my filing, and I have yet to receive anything ( but my automatic payments continues). Customer service is no help! It's been in the final stages for weeks! You must call into an 800 number and speak with a foreign person that is hard to understand and wants to ask you a million other questions even though you've stated you just want to make a payment. |

Calling customer service is useless. They'll keep you on hold indefinitely or not respond to your request for a callback. I've decided to cancel my policy with them because if these problems. If need be, I'll notify my bank to cease my automatic payments to Combined Insurance. I will report them for FRAUD to NYS Department of Insurance. |
