| 2024-12-12 |  | | For those not able to log in on Android phones after downloading the new version, saying it is stuck on El Salvador aera code; you need to change the font of policy on your phone to small. Go to setting font size and style and put it to medium or smaller. Then go back to the app, and it will let you choose your country 😉 YW |

I get The same message "use a real number to register" but I'm not trying to register, I'm trying to get into my account. I contacted Chivo via email and tweeter. They responded and called me once but no solution to my issue yet. I need to send money to my family and I can't. I need help to solve this problem please. HELP!!!! |

I have been trying to get the issue resolved through customer service because the funds were withdrawn from my debit card but I am not getting any help from them. I am very disappointed. |
