I'm still trying to figure out what part of the fine print informed me that there would be a charge for this software. I thought it was a one-time purchase fee. My account on Zone alarm reports this is something I purchased. There is no mention there would be an additional $2.49 per month. The website says it's included with Zone alarm extreme security next gen for up to 5 devices. |

The developer response to the very occasional times that something interrupts ZA's smooth operation is rapid, plus I've often found their online response for help requests to be timely and accurate. Back to 5 stars once more! |

Thank you for supporting me to restore the app on my mobile phone. It was easy with tech help but not sure I'll remember the process if it happened again. Maybe the app could just be improved. What I can say is customer service is very good. |

I haven't had incidence of infection that needed more than following their directions to block an attempted disruption and then do a cold reboot. That was far better than wiping a computer and re-installing programs and loosing all personal data. The lose of personal and professional data is more than an inconvenience. The lose of professional work product can cost you a job or even worse, your own personal business. |

It is cheap, extremely easy to use, extremely effective but the best thing is it has a force shield like in Star Trek which means nobody can see my computer. Works in the background checking everything you can think of. Even PDFs get a special going over. You can even set you own parameters if you have a mind to but I can't think of why you would. And I can I stall it on 5 PCs |

Websites are checked for any type of malware or phishing, & are blocked immediately!!! You can even specify what catagories you would like blocked. App is updated regularly, & doesn't slow down your phone at all! Battery use is also very efficient as well!!!! App is highly recommend!!!!! Keep up the good work 😀👍👍 |

But Can't see in a time like this, where VPN has become so privalent, that I'd choose this app that prevents me from using my Surfshark or any other VPN service. There are so Many other Anti-virus out there that allow the use of a VPN service that changes your ip address. Zhone Alarm doesn't and should find another way for their browser protection. Maybe they are not ready to compete for certain subscribers. But seriously??? |
| 2022-01-04 |  | | I had just start using Zhone alarm on my PC trial on a beta version and decided that I'd use it on mobile. I subscribed toand was given a 7 - days trial. But had to cancel shortly after because I have I enable Zhone Alarm VPN for safe browsing. This feature conflicts with my paid subscription of Surfshark VPN. This is one caveat for me why I can't use it. But otherwise I would use it. The UI is lovely and there is a certain smoothness to it. Anyway thanks for allowing me a trial. Cool |
| 2022-01-01 |  | | I originally installed the Android version as it came supplied with my PC version of Extreme Security. BTW, I am satisfied with the Windows software. The Android version would not configure to allow me to successfully use MMS. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling; I tried with VPN and without, but I could neither send pictures nor a text to two contacts at the same time. I tried my stock text app, Handcent, and Textra; I tried a crazy matrix of MSS-SMS. Nada I uninstalled ZA and MSS worked. |
