Problems are too many to list. Poorly designed and performing . Lacks features that are standard in most modern chat apps like image sharing. It limits the number of concurrent chats you can send. Can't delete old chats manually without blocking. If you use the 'delete chat history' feature it does nothing making you wait 24 hours to send new chats. Membership is extremely stagnant with the same few users all the time. Administration will not take action against trolls, scammers, rude users etc.

Depends if you use pc or phone for site. You can block pervs it's simple. But there are some nice folk out there. But the algorithm for being suspended sucks.
