The app further instructs to press "Reset" which does not exists on my device. This alone will earn this app a very low rating. As the WiFi indicator light on the device does not turn on at any point, it could also be my device is faulty, which would also earn Klarstein 1/5 since this one is already a replacement. |

Needs urgently fixing, as I'm not the only one. This experience has stopped me adding to the 5 I bought, and certainly don't recommend the brand anymore. Shame as the panels had great potential. |

The app states that the temperature in my cabin is 120 degrees centigrade which is crazy, I suggest that it should read 12.0 centigrade. This mistake means that the temperature control will not bring the heater on, also the new rotary temperature control is unusable. It will only set temperatures in 10 degree steps which is crazy. |
| 2024-03-23 |  | | After 14 weeks app support finally addressed my issue of my IR panel heaters working according to the old app schedules. Now of course, like many, I'm setting up new schedules and as many have pointed out, you have 2 allotted scheduling times only now on the new 'smart' setting. I'm confused as to how this is considered smart when on the old app I was able to set as many different schedules as I wanted. This makes it far less useful, and more expensive to use. Will this be addressed? |

Also the remaining time during the cooking process. And there were also recipes to find in the app. Now none of this is in the app anymore. Now it is no more than a remote On/Off switch. 100% downgrade, utterly useless. |
