| 2023-08-22 |  | | Couldn't log on and when I tried to reset my password the promised emails never materialised. Worrying that everyone is experiencing the same problems. The app has been almost completely incapacitated and access denied. Has it been hacked and if so, has any data been lost? Awaiting communication from CFC but no longer getting any response from their IT support team. Seriously concerned...have uninstall the app temporarily until I know what is going on. |
