Forcing update in app but no update available in play store. Support email address listed on play store is invalid.

Does the job in a pinch. Can put orders, review notes and labs, and easy to dictate short notes. Cannot order IV fluids or prescriptions but enough for those overnight calls and pages. The UI is mediocre, and the app ceaHws and randomly has trouble logging in but overall I've come to find this suitable for simple tasks.

As glitchy as I expected. Stuck in a verification authentication loop. After 14 yrs using powerchart at work, I don't know why I expected a good result trying to utilize the app version.

Worthless, unfortunately I have no control over what system my institution uses. Never seems to even open, wants me to connect to a network. It is, but does it mean my institution's? I don't need it at work, I need remote access.

Absolute garbage. Crashes, buggy, doesn't load, freezes. Absolute trash. On the off chance that it DOES work (which is probably once in every 50 uses) it hijacks any Bluetooth device that your phone is connected to and turns on the phone app and just starts dialing numbers. Cerner is garbage, powerchart is garbage. My computer has had malware and viruses that offer more beneficence than this app

Updated my pixel and no longer works. Will stay on the blue screen with the Cerner logo and then starts to glitch and then crashes. Really frustrating because when it worked previously it was quite helpful.

Ever since Samsung updated over 2 months ago, I can no longer get the app to even open. Most of the time it just goes into some sort of spasm. Update your app!

I can't even log in to the app. It just flashes and says there was an error. The android app is extremely neglected and not a useful way to take care of patients even when you can log in.

Using a Pixel 5 w/ newest version of Android as of 2/3/23, the app freezes on blue load screen with Cerner powechart symbol, unable to go past this. I have granted app all permissions, restarted phone, and reinstalled app, still no luck getting past load screen. A non functioning app should receive zero stars, 1/5 is generous.

I'm having the same issue on android devices where the app does not open up after my android device updated to the latest OS. This really should not be an issue for a company as big as Cerner to keep their apps at least functioning to a minimal standard...
