Very fidgety. Gives a prompt to authenticate even after an incorrect password is entered and then fails.

I have a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra and it kicks me off every single time I log in after about 30 seconds. Then it makes me log in all over again in order to use the app. Why?

Need to get this setup for work on my Pixel 8 yet it crashes at random times during setup. Sometimes while entering my username, sometimes at password, sometimes while entering the AUTH code. Many attempts to setup and none have been successful.

Works fine for authentication, but constantly runs in the background and drains the battery on my S23. Cannot close it and requires a restart of the phone to stop it from running in the background.

App closes on my Android Pixel 8 Pro. Everytime I go to type in my username or password the app completely closes making it useless. I need it for work. I hope the remedy this issue. As of 06/12/24 still doesn't work.

It crashes All. The. Time. While searching, while doing nothing, while setting the login URL after deleting cache and storage data... It's more convenient to lookup a company password on the device that's already in my pocket, but when I can only get it reliably <50% of the time, I'm just going to be opening my laptop and taking a picture of the password there... Pixel 8 Android 14, everything's current.

Everything on my phone is set up for location. Location still doesn't work on phone. Tried everything in the guide also. Now my computer on website isn't working right. My computer is all up to date. So must be a glitch in the cyberark end.

This is a pretty frustrating program. It requires a one time code to register, but there is no way to get the OTC the first time you use it unless you are logged in. From what I can tell. Every time a user needs to activate CyberArk on a new device is a call to IT.

Mostly works fine. Bad UI design issue: Approve and Deny buttons are in reversed positions. Please swap them so Approve is on the right. (This is a very basic UX/UI design concept.) Also, please stop changing your app/platform name: Centrify —> Idaptive —> CyberArk. Needlessly nonsensical!
