| 2024-11-30 |  | | I had applied for ambetter health insurance on November 13th which was Wednesday and it said it will take 7-10 business days for my id cards to come in the mail, it's been a week and I still HAVENT received my ID cards in the mail I had called ambetter on November 25th asking about my ID cards and the guy told me I will get them Friday after the holiday and still haven't received them after I paid for it last month but sent me another bill but not my ID card BEEN 2 WEEKS NOW AND NO CARD |

Also, the app asks for my fingerprint scan AFTER I have already entered my password. Every single login. I thought the purpose of having the biometric option was to replace the password? But that is not happening for me. |

Inconsistencies, constant re-directs, multiple sign ins, missing or broken links, time delays and just clunky. The rewards program would be great if it created real world resolutions. They fail miserably here. Also, you may wanna take a close look at the data they're taking like "without notification" attached. |
