| 2024-11-01 |  | | I just kind of dealt with it for the majority of the time I had it, but now it doesn't show up when I turn off and on my phone. I was ok with this but now it's giving me notifications saying it's "preparing start" but then it does absolutely nothing. Is this just an issue I'm having or is this a common thing because I've tried everything to fix it, I've uninstalled and reinstalled updates I've cleared cache I've even force shut down and back on again but nothing works. |

The update removes the wheel of ACTUAL useful things, and shoves a news feed on your phone that you are basically stuck with. It isn't even GOOD or WANTED news stories. Please get rid of this ridiculous app. |

It's annoying and a waste of space and your data plan plan... Serves no purpose. On a tracfone it can't even be uninstalled you're only hope is to click on settings , apps , disable, and enjoy never seeing it again. |

How can I make it stop since I get a message that says I could cause other apps to misbehave if I delete it which means I can't do that. It's awful❗❗❗And more so is that it insistently returns. I absolutely hate it and don't want it in my phone, but I am given no other choice and it reactivates over time after disabling updates and forcing it to stop. Truly wish it had the option to be removed from the phone, that would be the only thing I would actually appreciate from this app. |

There's a way to disable it in the app settings, at the very bottom at least I think that works. I'm sorry but forcing the users of new phones to use this "enhanced experience" is just a really bad and scummy tactic, I'm guessing only people without basic knowledge of phones will use it without knowing that this is the reason their phones are running slow |
| 2021-10-19 |  | | Don't open this app. I got a hew lg tracfone and it was popping up like it was part of the initial phone setup. All it gives you is news you can find on tracfone homepage. And the screen most definitely gets in your way if you locked the phone. No better than those "phone cleaning apps'' I was able to delete it. Now its just sitting in "idle apps" category of app updates... Delete, disable, force stop. Its not worth it. |

I had my lock screen set and when this idiotic thing updated, it removed the image, installed a black screen, and included "news" blurbs I had already removed. And I can't uninstall because it came on the phone and says if I do that it will affect how everything else works! It's nothing but junk!!!!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would! |

I wish I could remove start, I was able to remove it for a couple minutes but then it came back. Without start I was so happy and my phone was clean and simple to use. I hate this app and I do not recommend it to anyone for any use at all this is a trap and it is absolute garbage. |
