| 2024-11-24 |  | | I have tried many times to create an account and it continually says unknown error and will not let me create an account even though everything is correct and green lit regarding all steps properly taken. It will not show me why there's an error and won't proceed. I've re-downloaded the app and nothing changed. There is no way to reach out for help either if the app isn't working. I wad excited to try this app, do hopefully someone can assist here. Thank you. |

| 2023-07-15 |  | | It's helpful, but honestly it's a waste of money to pay for the subscription. At least for massage therapist you can see your credits on the AMTA. I'm sure something like that exists for each field. Also I got the app multiple times and it's always failed to launch, so I end up using the web browser anyway. |

Very unhappy here!😡🤬👎👎 Update 24 hours later: customer service contacted me promptly and issue resolved (so far anyway) after I RESET my password (using my old password!). Will see how long this lasts.🤞🙏 |
| 2022-09-04 |  | | I want the "free" plan, do not want to upgrade. However, when I am on the website every other page is a "push" to upgrade. I am license in another state so I can track my own CEUs. I have done it > 20 yrs with other states. Don't need to pay $ to track my CEUs. When SC state incorporated points for Ethics, a live person with CE Broker informed me of the change the first year it was required...very much appreciated!!! Come on you guys if you got your Masters or Doctorate you track your own CEUs. |

Went to the web browser to make sure I was typing it all correctly and got right in... Just use the web browser on your phone or tablet and save yourself some time and sanity!!! |
